Hydraulic operations
Check cylinders, hydraulic ports, lines and hoses for leaks and

damage.
17 Replace hydraulic oil filter, ventilation/discharge filter.
18 Check the load chain lubrication and lubricate if necessary.
Test the hydraulic controls and check they are assigned to the

correct functions.
Check the running surfaces of the mast for wear and damage, and

lubricate if necessary.
Agreed performance levels
1 Lubricate truck according to the lubrication schedule.
2 Demonstration after servicing.
Carry out a test run with rated load, if necessary with a customer-

specific load.
Steering
1 Test hydraulic steering and its components.
2 Check mechanical parts of steering column.
3 Check steering hoses and lines.
4 Check steering block for wear and damage
