Please note:
If you use your own cables or another motor, suppressor capacitors must be mounted
(between motor connections and crankcase).
The suppressor capacitors suppress radio interferences, hence improving radio recep-
tion.
The ON/OFF switch of the cruise control can be mounted at an appropriate location with double-sided
adhesive tape. Choose an easily accessible location.
Run the cables in a way that prevents them from getting into moving parts of the undercarriage or into
the drive. Fasten the cables with cable fasteners.
e) Mounting the receiver
The receiver is to be mounted at the right side of the chassis (seen in driving direction). Use a double-
sided adhesive tape to fix it.
Slide the antenna aerial of the receiver through the sup-
port included in the delivery (1).
Firmly screw the support to the chassis as illustrated in
the figure on the right.
Slide the antenna aerial of the receiver through the
small tube of the antenna and insert the tube in the
support.
Run the cables in a way that prevents them from get-
ting into moving parts of the undercarriage or into the
drive. Fasten the cables with cable fasteners.
f) Inserting the drive battery
Remove both safety clips (2) (use, if necessary, long or
flat-nose pliers) and lift the supporting rod (2).
Insert the drive battery into the chassis. Place the sup-
porting rod and replace the two safety clips.
Attention!
The rechargeable battery pack must not yet be connected to the cruise control/receiver.
