b) Operation

• Every time before you use the product, make sure that there are no other models operated within
the range and on the same frequency as the remote control. The control over remote controlled
vehicles will get lost! Always use different frequencies.
• With every operation, the settings of the trim regulator for forward/reverse drive as well as those
for steering must be checked, and if necessary, modified.
This is why the wheels of the car must not be placed on the ground yet when the car is put into
operation; hold the model in a way that allows the wheels to turn freely (don't put your hands in
the drive!).
After that, adjust the steering so that the motor no longer turns when you let go of the lever for
forward/reverse drive or until the steering gear is straight (the precise setting for driving straight
can be carried out later on with the trim of your remote control, while driving).
• When putting the device into operation always turn on the transmitter first. Only then can the
rechargeable battery pack of the vehicle be connected with the cruise control/receiver and the
model be switched on. Otherwise, unexpected responses of the cruise control/receiver and hence,
the electric model may occur! Pull out the telescopic antenna of the transmitter completely.
• Improper operation can cause serious damages to people and property! Only drive as long as you
have visible contact to the model. This is why you shouldn't drive at night.
• Only drive when your ability to react is unrestrained. Tiredness, or the influence of alcohol or drugs
can cause incorrect responses, just as with real vehicles.
• Please note that this model car must not be driven on public roads or streets. Only operate it on
private sites or places which are specifically designated for this purpose.
• Don't drive towards animals or people!
• Don't drive in the rain, through wet grass, water, mud or snow. The model is not waterproof or
watertight.
• Also avoid driving at very low outdoor temperatures. In the case of coldness, the plastic of the car
body can loose its elasticity; this is when even small accidents can lead to damages to the model.
• Do not drive in the case of thunderstorm, under high-voltage power lines or in the proximity of
radio masts.
• Do not take any risks when operating the product. Your own security and that of your environment
is solely down to you being responsible when dealing with the model.
• Always leave the remote control (transmitter) turned on, as long as the model is in operation. To
stop the vehicle, always turn the vehicle off first and then separate the rechargeable battery pack
from the cruise control/receiver, only after that can the remote control be turned off.
• Before operating the model, check whether the stationary model reacts as expected to the com-
mands of the remote control.
