5. Safety Instructions

In the case of damages which are caused due to failure to observe these operating in-
structions, the guarantee will expire. We neither assume liability for consequential dam-
ages!
Nor do we assume liability for damage to property or personal injury, caused by im-
proper use or the failure to observe the safety instructions! The guarantee will expire in
any such case!
Normal wear and tear during operation (e.g. plain tread tires) are excluded from the
guarantee and warrantee, the same applies to accidental damages (e.g. broken off trans-
verse link, scratched or destroyed car body etc.).
Dear customer, the safety instructions are not only for the protection of the product but
also for your own safety and that of other people. This is why you should read this chap-
ter very carefully, before using the product!
a) General information
• The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is inadmissible because of safety
and approval reasons (CE).
• The product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children under 14 years of age!
• The product must not get damp or wet.
• Taking out a private liability insurance is recommended. If you already have one, get some infor-
mation whether the operation of a model is covered by your insurance.
• Do not leave packaging material unattended. It might become a dangerous toy for children!
• Should questions arise that are not answered with the help of this operating manual, contact an
expert or contact us (for contact information see chapter 1).
The operation and the handling of remote control model cars must be learned! If you
have never steered such a vehicle, drive especially carefully and get used to the reactions
of the car to the remote control commands first. Do be patient!
