2.4 Safety devices
The following safety devices must be installed by the operator
A 4-pole emergency stop switch with a preliminary fuse and a 30 mA fault current circuit breaker must be
connected ahead of the device on site!
The following safety devices have been installed:
2.5 Sources of danger and other risks
For all sources of danger and other risks, you must also consult the instruction manuals for the individual
integrated components and peripheral equipment.
2.5.1 Delimitation of the components being examined
The observation ends at the control system housing. Any other examinations must be made by the
fitter / operator / user.
2.5.2 Compliance with the protection class
If, after working on the Control 1.3, the housing or individual cable glands are not closed properly to ensure
there is a reliable seal, moisture may penetrate the device. This may result in damage or destruction of the
control system or result in malfunctions.
After all work on the device, ensure that it is safely sealed again.

DANGER!
Risk of death due to the electric current!
Warning signs on the electrical equipment indicate there are risks due to the
electric current.
DANGER!
The electrical equipment in the system is under high voltage. As a result, please
observe the following instructions:
•
Work on the electrical equipment may only be carried out by electricians.
•
The electrical equipment in the system must be inspected regularly.
•
Loose connections and damaged components must be replaced or
secured immediately.
Disconnect the system from the mains before carrying out maintenance work!
There is a danger to life and limb of the operator and danger of damage to
other property.
Never remove safety devices or put them out of operation by modifying the
control unit!
