7 Further Information for Skilled Electricians
The Instagrid LINK MAX has been designed so that the stringent requirements of internationally
accepted product safety standards (see Declaration of Conformity) are met Compliance with these
standards ensures that no dangers for the user can emanate from the Instagrid LINK MAX itself How-
ever, these standards do not contain any specifications for the case that a consumer is connected to
the Instagrid ONE
71 Compliance with Local Regulations
The installation scenarios can differ widely (indoor or outdoor use, proximity to humid conditions, etc)
The user or the responsible electrician must ensure that the national electrical regulations are observed
(eg IEC 60364-4-41 for protective measures, local building or location regulations, etc)
Depending on the region where you are using the device, further protective devices (eg RCD / GFCI at
the consumer) may be necessary or advisable
The circuit breaker is tripped
if the load exceeds 16 A/
phase or if a direct short
circuit occurs
Not all inputs are connected
