Installation
Use a pencil to mark the two positions for the button
head cap screws (Fig. 16).
Fig. 16
If necessary, pre-drill both holes with a small drill.
By pre-drilling the two holes, the two button head
cap screws can be positioned more precisely in the
wall.
Hold the mounting plate against the wall so that the
two holes are flush with the markings.
The installation direction is specified on the mount-
ing plate.
To attach the mounting plate, screw both button
head cap screws into the wall using a Phillips screw-
driver (Fig. 17).

Check the position of the mounting plate.
If the mounting plate is not straight on the wall,
adjust the position of the mounting plate.
Tighten the two button head cap screws finger tight.
Check the position of the cable again.
Prepare the cable.

Inserting the Connect into the
mounting plate
Alternatively, the Connect can be inserted into the
mounting plate rotated by 180° so that the connec-
tion for the plug of the cable is not at the bottom
(Fig. 19), but at the top.
If the LED button flashes white or lights up, move
the Connect again centrally to the mounting plate
(Fig. 19-1).
Move the Connect downwards along the mounting
plate until you hear it click into the locking hooks on
the mounting plate (Fig. 19-2).
Fig. 19
Check that the Connect has clicked into all 4 locking
hooks so that it is firmly fixed to the wall.
