Pay attention when feeding the cable to the panel.
•
Determine a suitable place for the Connect.
Check whether the cable length is sufficient (Fig. 2).
If the cable length is not sufficient, a cable 3, 6 or
9 metres long can be purchased from a dealership
or Truma partner.
6 .2
Routing cables through the wall
The connection for the plug of the cable is located
on the back of the panel.
If the cable has to be routed through a wall and a hole
is required to connect the plug of the cable to the panel:
Drill a hole in the wall with a 17 mm drill or cut one
out with a 17 mm circle cutter so that the plug of the
cable fits through.

Dismantling the panel
To be able to connect the cable and replace the connec-
tor cable with the panel cable:
Check that the back of the panel is easily accessible.
If the back of the panel is inaccessible or difficult to
access, the panel must be removed.
Unplug the button plate (Fig. 3-1) of the panel.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to turn the fastening
screw (Fig. 4-1) until the installation clip faces
completely upwards.
You will see the clip in the inspection window
(Fig. 4-2).

Carefully pull the panel about 20 cm forwards out of
the installation opening (Fig. 5).

NOTICE
Damage due to tensile load
If plug-in connections are subjected to tension,
they may be damaged.
If plugs of (connector) cables are inserted
into the panel, do not pull on the (connector)
cables.
Feed the cable through the installation opening from
behind.
