27 System Update
To perform a system update, an M2Smart
27.1 Inserting a Battery for System Update
There are two battery compartments on the back of the M2Smart
compartment is for powering the device. The right battery compartment of the M2Smart
closed with a spare battery cover. In the left battery compartment there is a spare battery cover, which can
be exchanged with an M2Smart

2. Rechargeable battery

The M2Smart battery is only required for a system update. After the update is complete, the replacement
battery cover should be inserted there again.
