Full width grill
The two upper heating elements are in operation.
Concentrated heat from above will brown the top of the food.
To avoid fat splashes, a temperature of max. 165°C is recommended.
Suitable for grilling and browning larger quantities.
Gilling / roasting system
The two upper heating elements and the fan are in operation.
The intense heat from above tans the top of the food and is simultaneously circu-
lated and distributed in the cooking chamber.
To avoid fat splashes, a temperature of max. 165°C is recommended.
Suitable for grilling and frying large pieces and gratinating.
ECO
For energy-saving cooking: The upper and the lower heating element under the
cooking chamber floor and the fan are in operation, and the operating time of
the heating elements is regulated to reduce power consumption.
The food to be cooked is heated in a particularly gentle and energy-saving way.
The cooking time is extended; comparable to a „Slow Cooking" function.
This means that for example meat remains juicier.
Note:
During hot air circulation, slight operating noises / vibrations of the fan may
occur depending on the operating time and heat development.
This is normal and harmless.
