Click Cancel to exit without completing the disconnect command.
The appropriate level of access is required to disconnect a user. If you do not
i
have permission to disconnect a user, the check box next to that user will be
disabled.
6.6 Rebooting your system
You can reboot the KVM s2-0411 and KVM s3-1621 appliances through the Tools tab
in the on-board web interface. When clicked, Reboot Appliances will broadcast a
disconnect message to any active users, then log out the current user and immediately
reboot the KVM s2-0411 and KVM s3-1621 appliances.
To reboot your system:
Click the Tools tab in the on-board web interface. The Tools window appears.
Click the Reboot button. A message prompting you to confirm this reboot appears.
Click OK to reboot.

Click Cancel to cancel the reboot.
6.7 Managing appliance configuration files
Configuration files contain all of the settings for a KVM s2-0411 or KVM s3-1621
appliance. This includes appliance settings, SNMP settings, LDAP settings, and NTP
settings. You may save your configuration file and, should you ever need to replace your
KVM s2-0411 or KVM s3-1621 appliance, you can restore the configuration file to the
new appliance and avoid manually configuring it.
User account information is stored in the user database, not in the
i
configuration file. For more information, see "Managing user databases" on
page 121.
To read and save a configuration file from a KVM s2-0411 or KVM s3-1621
appliance:
Click the Tools tab in the on-board web interface. The Tools window appears.
Click the Save Appliances Configuration button. The Save KVM Appliances
Configuration window appears.
(Optional) Enter a password in the Password field, then repeat the password in the
Verify Password field. This password is requested when you restore this database
to a KVM s2-0411 or KVM s3-1621 appliance. Click OK.
You may leave the password field blank if you do not want to require a

password for accessing the configuration file.
Click Browse and navigate to a location to save the Configuration file. The loca-
tion appears in the Save To field.
Click Save.
The configuration file is read from the KVM s2-0411 and KVM s3-1621 appliances
and saved to the desired location. A progress window displays.
