Single point (threshold & hysteresis)
The switching point or threshold limit value is specified in the following.
In the event that the switch should be triggered for a rising force:
u
Switch the logic to "High active"
u
In the field "SP1", enter the force (threshold) at which the switch should be triggered
u
In "Config Hys" enter a force value that represents the difference within which the
switch will remain active even if the value is below the threshold
In the event that the switch should be triggered for a falling force:
u
Switch the logic to "Low active"
u
Enter the following force in the field "SP1": Threshold minus hysteresis. The hysteresis
is the force value that represents the difference within which the switch will remain
active even if the force is above the value entered in field SP1.
u
Enter the hysteresis in "Config Hys".
The switch is "High" in both cases if the limit value switch is triggered. You can invert the
logic by switching from High Active to Low Active.
Two point (switching point and release position)
In the event that the switch should be triggered for a rising force:
u
Switch the logic to "High active"
u
Set the field "SP1" to the higher force (in the logic defined above)
u
If you would like the new switchover for a falling force to occur at a lower force value,
then enter this lower force value in field SP2. If you set the same for both values, the
switch will work without the hysteresis.
