14. Mount the stationary roll stage with the provided
compnents to the housing as shown in the following
illustration.

Prior to the mounting to the housing, make sure that
the stationary roll stage touches the ground. Even
out possible unevenness in the ground by using
metal spacers.

4.2.2 Installing the device on machine types that
are not preset
The lifting device can alos be installed to housings that
have not been equipped with boreholes by the manu-
facturer.
In order to install the TSL 230, the borheoles must
be drilled into the housing and the threaded inserts
must be inserted.
To do so, the following tools are necessary:

11 mm drill.

Pneumatic rivet gun.

The following described processes must be carried
out by qualified and authorized personnel.

Exactly follow the instructions in order to prevent
injuries or material damage as well as damages to
the lifting device.

1. Follow the instructions in the illustration and drill 6
holes into surface (A) and 3 holes into surface (B)
using an 11-mm drill bit.

2. Very carefully insert the rivets using the rivet gun.
3. Follow the instructions in the illustration and drill
the side of the housing to hold the control pedal.

4. Very carefully insert the rivets using the rivet gun.
5. After the housing has been equipped with the re-
spective drill holes, install the TSL 230 as shown
in the section ".Installing the device".
