• MAIN SWITCH: Press the main switch to start or stop the product.
• START: Press the START button to start the device
• AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS: 5 automatic programs can be selected:
P1, P2, P3, P4, P5.
- For safety reasons, pressing „P" only works when the machine is in STANDBY mode.
- Press the STOP button to STANDBY the machine before pressing the P button to cycle through the different
modes and programs.
- Press the „P" button, the machine enters automatic mode (P1 - P5). Select from P1 - P5 programs and press
START to start the workout.
Note: Select an automatic program and press the START button, the machine will then start the selected program.
During the automatic program, time and speed cannot be adjusted.
• PRESS THE SPEED + BUTTON: Press this button to increase the speed. This button can be used during a manual
program before pressing the START button (not available with automatic program). Speed range: 1 - 99 levels.
• SPEED - BUTTON: Press this button to decrease the speed. The button can be used during manual program
operation, before pressing the START button (not available with automatic program). Speed range: 1 - 99 levels.
• TIME + BUTTON / TIME - BUTTON: Press the Time + / Time - button to increase / decrease the time.
These two buttons can be used while using a manual program (not available with automatic program).
• IF YOU USE A USB SPEAKER
- Previous music / Next music button: you can select the desired music.
- Volume + / Volume - button: press these two buttons to adjust the volume of the music.
- Music start&stop: Press this button to start or stop the music.
Please note that the valid reception distance of the remote control is 2.5 meters.
