SITS
Starting position: Place feet on vibrating surface with knees bent, hands behind head.
Exercise: lift up with your upper body, (but not fully,) and lower down.
TRICEPS WORKOUT
Starting position: Turn your back to the apparatus, place your hands firmly on the bench and lean on it.
Exercise: Perform the exercise as follows: lean on your hands and push your body up. Bend your elbows slightly and
lower your upper body. Make sure that the shoulder blades are compressed. You can also extend the legs to
make it harder.
BRIDGE ON ONE LEG
Starting position: Lie supine on the floor in front of the device, step your foot on the vibrating surface.
Exercise: Place the weight on your feet. While vibrating, lift and extend one leg, alternating legs every 3-5 seconds.
During the exercise, make sure that your pelvis does not turn sideways.
