EXERCISE WITH A RUBBER BAND
Starting position: Place your foot in the middle of the vibrating surface. Extend the other leg backwards and grip
the rope firmly.
Exercise: Keep your back straight and press your foot firmly onto the surface, bending your knee. Bend your forearms
and pull the rope alternately up and backwards, alternating between strong upward and backward pulls.
BICEPS EXERCISE
Starting position: Stand up on the vibrating surface. Hold the rope with both hands.
Exercise: Keep your back and wrists straight, bend your elbows and pull the rope firmly upwards.
