LEG EXERCISE
Starting position: Place your feet in the middle of the bench. Extend the other leg backwards.
Exercise: Keep your back straight and rest your feet on the bench. Bend your knees and cross your arms in front of
your body.
SQUAT
Starting position: Stand up on the vibrating surface with feet shoulder-width apart in a spread-squat position.
Exercise: Keep back straight, knees and upper body slightly bent forward. Squat down and then stand up.
