Montage
Ventil in umgekehrter Rei-
henfolge der Demontage,
s. Kap. „Demontage"
montieren. Dabei müssen
die folgenden Hinweise
beachtet werden:
• Zuerst den Doppelteller
(16) einbauen.
• Doppelteller bei Y3
belüften und dann Ven-
tilteller (15) einschrau-
ben.
Lifthub des
Ventiltellers

Das Ventil muss im
Gehäuse eingebaut
sein, wenn der Lifthub
des Ventiltellers (15)
bestimmt wird.
• Bei (Y2) belüften.
• Lifthub des Ventiltellers
messen.
Bei Steuerkopf T.VIS:
Hub über Palm ablesen
oder zwischen dem
unteren Gehäuse und
dem Ende des Ventiltel-
lers messen.
• Bei (Y2) entlüften.
Lifthub muss zwischen
(0,9...1,4 mm) betragen.

Assembly
Assemble the valve in the
reverse order of disassem-
bly, see chapt. „Disman-
tling". During assembly,
observe the following
instructions:
• First install the double-
disk (16).
• Pressurize the double-
disk at Y3 and screw-in
valve disk (15).

• Pressurize at (Y2).
• Measure lift stroke of
the valve disk.
Control top T.VIS: Read
stroke via Palm or mea-
sure stroke between the
lower housing and the
end of the valve disk.
• Depressurize at (Y2).
Lift stroke must be
between (0,9...1,4 mm) .
