Demontage
des Antriebs
• Antrieb (A) und Liftan-
trieb (1) zur weiteren
Demontage hinlegen.
• Montagedorn (M) von
Hand in den Liftantrieb
einschrauben, bis merk-
licher Widerstand auf-
tritt.
• Klemmverbindung
(46.1) entfernen.
VORSICHT
Beim Belüften bei (Y)
schieben sich der Antrieb
(A) und der Liftantrieb (1)
auseinander.
• Bei (Y) vorsichtig belüf-
ten bis der Kolben (K)
oben anschlägt. Dabei
schieben sich der
Antrieb (A) und der
Liftantrieb (1) auseinan-
der.
• Den Antrieb (A) zusam-
men mit Mitnehmer kpl.
(2), mit Sechskantmutter
(21), O-Ring (15) und
Gewindebuchse (3) mit
Einstellmutter (7),
Gewindestift (8), O-Rin-
ge (16, 10), Hülse (4),
Mitnehmerhülse (6)
zusammen mit der
Buchse (5) und O-Rin-
gen (12, 13.1, 13.2),
Montagedorn (M) vor-
sichtig aus dem Liftan-
trieb ziehen.
• Montagedorn (M)
herausschrauben.
• Damit sich der Kolben (K) nicht verkantet, den Kolben
(K) immer gegen den Liftantrieb ziehen und die Hülse
(4) wieder vorsichtig in den Kolben (K) einführen. Die
Hülse (4) wird nur zum Wechseln des O-Ringes (22)
herausgezogen.
• Sechskantmutter (21) lösen und Mitnehmer kpl (2) mit
Hakenschlüssel bei (P) aus der Kolbenstange des
Antriebs drehen.
• O-Ringe (10, 15, 16, A1) sind jetzt zugänglich.
• Die Buchse (5) aus der Mitnehmerhülse (6) ziehen,
dann sind die O-Ringen (12, 13.1, 13.2) zugänglich.

• To prevent the piston (K) tilting, always pull the pis-
ton (K) against the lifting actuator and carefully insert
the sleeve (4) into the piston (K) again. The
sleeve (4) is only removed in order to change the
O-ring (22).
• Slacken hex. nut (21) and screw drive cpl (2) at (P) out
of the piston rod using a hook spanner.
• O-rings (10, 15, 16, A1) are now free accessible.
• Draw bushing (5) out of the drive sleeve (6), the
O-rings (12, 13.1, 13.2) are now free accessible.

for further disassembly.

• Screw the mandrel (M)
into the lifting actuator

strong resistance.
• Remove hinged clamp

adjustment nut (7), set

with bushing (5) and
O-rings (12, 13.1, 13.2),
mandrel (M) carefully
out of the lifting actua-
tor.
• Unscrew the mandrel
(M).
