GEFAHR
Beim Lösen der Klemm-
verbindung am Antrieb
(46.2) oder am Gehäuse
(43.1) des nicht angesteu-
erten Ventils besteht Ver-
letzungsgefahr, da die frei-
gesetzte Federvorspan-
nung den Antrieb sprung-
artig anhebt.
Vor dem Lösen der
Klemmverbindung des-
halb Federspannung
durch Belüften des
Antriebs mit Druckluft
aufheben.
• Antrieb belüften – mit
Druckluft, max. 8 bar.
Der Ventilteller wird
angehoben.
• Klemmverbindung
(43.1) zwischen Gehäu-
se und Laterne abneh-
men.
• Antrieb entlüften.
Steuerkopf
abbauen

Der pneumatische und
elektrische Anschluss
können am Steuerkopf
bleiben.
• Halbringe (B1) zwi-
schen Steuerkopf und
Antrieb abnehmen.
• Steuerkopf (B) nach
oben abziehen.
Ventil vom
Gehäuse
trennen
VORSICHT
Der Schaft des Ventiltel-
lers (15) darf beim
Herausziehen des Ventils
nicht auf das Ventilgehäu-
se schlagen.
• Ventileinsatz vorsichtig
aus dem Gehäuse (402)
herausziehen.

When the clamp joint are
detached at the actuator
(46.2) or at the housing
(43.1) of the non-actuated
valve, the released spring
43.1
force suddenly lifts the
actuator. There is danger
of injury. Therefore, prior
to detaching the clamp
joint, release the spring
tension by actuating the
valve actu ator with com-
pressed air.
• Pressurize the actuator
with compressed air,
max. 8 bar. The valve
disk will be lifted.
• Detach the clamp joint
(43.1) between the hous-
ing and the lantern.
• Depressurize the actua-
tor.

The pneumatic and
electrical connections
can remain at the con-
trol top.
• Remove the semi-annu-
lar clamps (B1) between
the control top and the
actuator.
• Lift the control top (B)
off upwards.
Separating the
valve from the
housing

CAUTION
When the valve is with-
drawn, the stem of the

valve disk (15) must not
hit the valve housing.
Carefully draw the valve
out of the housing.
• Withdraw the valve in -
sert from the housing
(402).
