Vor der Demontage
GEFAHR
Vor dem Lösen der Rohranschlussverbindung und der
Klemmverbindung der Ventilgehäuse müssen immer
folgende Schritte durchgeführt werden:
• Sicherstellen, dass während der Wartungs- und
Instandhaltungsarbeiten kein Prozess im entsprechen-
den Bereich abläuft.
• Alle zum Ventil führenden Rohrleitungselemente ent-
leeren und, wenn nötig, reinigen oder spülen.
• Steuerluft absperren, sofern sie nicht zur Demontage
benötigt wird.
• Stromversorgung unterbrechen.
• Ventil, wenn möglich, mit sämtlichen Gehäusen und
Gehäuseanschlüssen aus dem Rohrleitungsabschnitt
herausnehmen.
Demontage
• Reinigungsschlauch (R)
abschrauben.
• Klemmverbindung
(43.4) am unteren
Gehäuse abnehmen.
• Dichtring (1), Dicht-
scheibe (3), Lager (2)
und Lagerscheibe (4)
am unteren Gehäuse
abnehmen.
• Zusatzteller (17) mit
Montagewerkzeug
herausschrauben.

Prior to dismantling the
valve
Before detaching the pipe connection and the hinged
clamp connections on the valve housing, always take
the following preparatory measures:
• Make sure that during maintenance and repair work
no process is in operation in the area concerned.
• All pipe system elements attached to the valve must
be drained and, if necessary, cleaned or rinsed.
• Shut-off the control air supply, unless it is required for
dismantling the valve.
• Disconnect the power supply.
• If possible, take the valve out of the pipe system togeth-
er with all housings and housing connections.
