You can also use the TEDS module without a plug. In this case, solder the cables to the
measuring amplifier to the solder tabs on the TEDS module on the side labeled AMP. The
measurement signal leads do not require contact with the TEDS module.
4.5 Strain gage full or half bridge and piezo-resistive sensors in 4-wire
configuration with Zero-Wire TEDS, version for D-sub plug (15-pin)
The assembly procedure differs only at the end from that shown in section 4.4 starting
on page 13. So initially follow the procedure described there. But since there are no sense
leads in a 4-wire circuit, two each of the four connections on the top of the TEDS module
must be jumpered (Fig. 2.9 and Fig. 2.10).
