To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Turn off the gas supply tap.

Pull off the knob (A).
2)
Take out the screws (C) and take down the

control panel (B).
Undo the screws (D) and extract the cap (E).
4)
Pull off the cone (F).
5)
Clean the cone (F) as well as its seat.
6)
Coat the cone with grease (F), fi t it in its seat
7)
and turn it a few times.
Pull off the cone (F) to remove the excess
8)
grease.
Replace the cone (F) and the cap (E).
9)
Replace the control panel (B) and the knob
10)
(A) on completion of the operation.
INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNING FOR REPLACING PARTS
Important
Before carrying out any replacement procedu-
re, activate all the safety devices provided and
decide whether staff at work and those in the vi-
cinity should be informed. In particular, turn off
the gas supply tap, cut off the electricity supply
using the master switch and prevent access to all
devices that might cause unexpected health and
safety hazards if turned on.
REPLACING THE TOP BURNER NOZZLE (Ø 80 - 4 KW)
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Turn off the gas supply
1)
tap.
Remove the grid (A).
2)
Extract the burner (B).
3)
Unscrew the nozzle (C)
4)
and replace it with the
one suitable for the type
of gas in use (see table at
back of manual).
Replace the burner and

the grid.
