Important
Do not use the gas oven and electric grill at
the same time.
– During cooking with oils and/or fats, ensure
that the condiments (sauces, melted fats, etc.)
do not drip on to the oven bottom plate in
great quantities, since these substances could
catch fi re at high temperatures.
Important
When washing the appliance do not point
pressurised water jets at internal parts.
Keep the appliance at peak effi ciency by
carrying out the scheduled servicing procedu-
res recommended by the manufacturer. Proper
servicing will allow the best performance, a
longer working life and constant maintenance
of safety requirements.
Important
Before carrying out any servicing procedure,

activate all the safety devices provided and
decide whether staff at work and those in the
vicinity should be informed.
In particular, turn off the gas supply tap, cut
off the electricity supply using the master
switch and prevent access to all devices that
might cause unexpected health and safety
hazards if turned on.
Also make sure that during the maintenance
procedure, that the operator is always able to
check whether the plug is disconnected from
the power outlet.

INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR SERVICING

– At fi rst switch-on, preheat as appropriate.
Important
Do not use the oven with the door part open.
– Check the wear of the rubber gasket on the
oven door.
– Clean the rubber gasket on the oven door
(avoid the use of corrosive products and do
not use abrasive materials or sharp tools).
– If the gasket is damaged, do not use the oven
and contact the after-sales service.
At the end of each session of use and whenever
necessary, clean:
– The hob (see page 13)
– The top burners (see page 14)
– The oven and the rubber gasket on the oven
door (see page 15)
– Accessories
– The appliance and the surrounding envi-
ronment (see page13).
Every 100 working hours have skilled, autho-
rised personnel carry out the following opera-
tions:
– Check on the gas pressure and system tight-
ness.
– Check on the effi ciency of the safety thermo-
couple.
– Check that the safety thermostat is working
correctly.
– check that the electrical system is in good
working order.
– Check the wear of the rubber gasket on the
oven door.
– Greasing of the gas tap.
