Enter an object identifier of the particular variable to be
sampled, max. 32 characters.
Enter the rising threshold for the sampled statistic.
Enter the falling threshold for the sampled statistic.
Enter the interval in seconds over which the data is sampled and
compared with the rising and falling thresholds.

Variable is subtracted from the current value and the difference
