5.14 Anziehdrehmomente von Schraub-
verbindungen
5.14.1 Anwendungsgsbiete
Die in den Tabellen aufgeführten Werte gelten für
Systemverschraubungen und Stromschienenverbindungen bei

Schienen mit σ ≥ 70 N/mm

lagensystems MNS.
Die Werte haben keine Gültigkeit für Geräteanschlüsse und Geräte-
befestigungen.
Ausnahmen:
Die Werte gelten jedoch für Befestigungen von Geräten mit Stahl-
blechsockel und Geräteanschlüsse mit Flachanschlüssen aus Cu bei
Verwendung von Schrauben und Muttern der Festigkeitsklasse 8.8.
Anmerkung:
Geräteanschlüsse und -befestigungen siehe technische Datenblätter
der Hersteller.
5.14.2 Verschraubungsgenauigkeit
Für die Arbeiten sind Schrauber mit hochgenauem Drehmoment zu
verwenden. Diese sind so einzustellen, dass deren maximaler Mo-
mentenwert ( entsprechend Toleranzfeld ) des jeweiligen Einstellbe-
reiches nicht die in den Tabellen angegebenen Anziehdrehmomente
überschreitet.
5.14.3 Prüfdrehmoment
Das Prüfdrehmoment ist Einstelldrehmoment minus 15 %

5.14 Tightening torques for screw connections

5.14.1 Scope of application
The figures quoted apply to system screw connections and busbar
screw connections on busbars with σ
AlMgSi 0,5) in the switchgear system MNS.
The values are not applicable to electrical equipment connections
and mountings.
Exception:
They do however apply to the mountings of equipment with sheet
steel bases and the connections of electrical equipment when this is
made with flat copper terminals and bolts and nuts of tensile class
8.8.
Note:
For equipment connections and mountings see the technical data
sheets of the manufacturers.
5.14.2 Exactness of Screwing/Bolting
High-accuracy torque tightening equipments should be used.
These are adjusted so that the maximum torquing value ( including
tolerance ) of each adjustment step does not exceed the given
tightening torques in the tables.
5.14.3 Testing torque
The testing torque is the preset vaIue of the tightening equipment
minus 15 %.
