4.5 Einschübe Größe 8E/4 und 8E/2
Einschübe in den Baugrößen 8E/4 und 8E/2 bestehen aus:
•
einer bzw. zwei Profilschienen als Tragelemente für Betriebsmittel
mit Schnappbefestigung,
•
Einschubrückwand mit integrierten Leistungskontakten inklusive
der Leitungen und einem 16-, 20- oder 38-poligen Steuerstecker
bei 8E/4, einem oder zwei 16-, 20- oder 38-poligen Steuerstecker
bei 8E/2,
•
einem Gerätetableau aus lsolierstoff mit Vorprägungen für die
Anordnung von Mess-, Bedien- und Anzeigegeräten,
•
den Seitenwänden.
Bei Einbau bestimmter Vorzugstypen von Last- und Leistungs-
schaltern erfolgt deren Betätigung mit Hilfe eines Schaltknebels, der
außerdem die Betätigung der elektrischen und mechanischen Verrie-
gelungsfunktion übernimmt.
Der Mikroschalter für die elektrische VerriegeIung ist mit 2 Schließern
und 2 Öffnern ausgestattet.

Beschreibung der Schaltknebelstellungen 8E/4 und 8E/2 Module
Die Drehbewegung von der Stellung „AUS" in die Stellung „EIN" ist
nur nach Eindrücken des Schaltknebels möglich.
Der Schaltknebel ist in den Stellungen „AUS" und „TEST" und in der
Trennstellung mit Hilfe von max. 3 Vorhängeschlössern verschließbar
(siehe Abb. 67). Mit einem zusätzlich in die Frontblende einbaubaren
Drehriegelverschluss ist eine weitere Verschließmöglichkeit des
Einschubes gegen Herausnehmen (Diebstahlschutz) gegeben.
Schalter nicht benützter Einschübe müssen in Aus- oder
Trennstellung stehen.

Operation
4.5 Withdrawable units size 8E/4 and 8E/2
Withdrawable units size 8E/4 and 8E/2 comprise:
•
One or two profiIe sections for mounting snap-on components,
•
a rear waIl with integrated power contacts inclusive wiring and
with one 16-, 20- or 38-pole control plug in case of module size
8E/4, one or two 16-, 20- or 38-pole control plug in case of
module size 8E/2,
•
a front panel made of insulating material with knockouts for
mounting measuring, operating and indicating instruments,
•
the side walls.
If using certain standard Ioad-break switches and circuit breakers
the handle for operating those devices also activates the electrical
and mechanical interIocking.
A micro switch with 2 NO and 2 NC contacts is provided for
electrical interIocking.

The switch handle can be moved from position „OFF" to position
„ON" only after the handle has been depressed (push-to-turn
feature).
The switch handle can be locked in the positions „OFF" and „TEST"
and the isolated position with up to three padlocks (see fig. 67). The
withdrawable unit can be prevented from being withdrawn by an
additional mechanical Iock (protection against theft) to be installed
in the front cover.
Switch handIes of withdrawable units that are not used must be in
position „OFF" or „ISOLATED".
