5.8 Einbau der Leistungskontakte

5.8.1 Einbau
Der in die Einschubrückwand 1TGB120050P0001 bzw. das Kontakt-
gehäuse 1TGB120048P0001 / 1TSA233000P0007 eingesetzte Kon-
takt muss richtig einrasten. Das erfolgreiche Einrasten ist am einmali-
gen hörbaren Rastklicken zu erkennen und durch Ziehen am Kabel zu
überprüfen.
Zu beachten! Im Gegensatz zum früheren Kontakt-Typ entfällt beim
neue Kontakt das zweite Klicken, nachdem der Kontakt die Rastnase
passiert hat!
Sollte beim Einsetzen festgestellt werden, dass der Kontakt nicht
richtig eingerastet ist, muss geprüft werden ob die Rastnase richtig
ausgeformt ist (dazu gehört auch, dass kein Spritzgrat vorhanden ist)
oder ob die Rastnase gebrochen ist. Teile mit nicht richtig
ausgeformter oder gebrochener Rastnase sind durch neue Teile zu
ersetzen.

5.8 Installation of power contacts

5.8.1 Installation
Once inserted in the withdrawable module rear wall
1TGB120050P0001, or the contact housings 1TGB120048P0001
and 1TSA233000P0007, the contact must be properly engaged.
Successful engagement is indicated by a single, audible click, and
can be verified by pulling the cable.
Please note! The new contact type does not click a second time
once it has passed the engagement hook like the old contact type.
In case the contact does not properly engage, it has to be
checked whether the engagement hook has the proper shape
(and does not, e.g., have any extrusion edges), or whether the
engagement hook is broken. Parts whose engagement hook is not
properly shaped, or broken, have to be replaced.
