Wartung und Ersatzteile
5.1 Allgemeines
Wartungsarbeiten, z.B. Sicherungswechsel sind nur
durch Fachpersonal oder unterwiesene Personen
unter Beachtung der Sicherheitsvorschriften auszu-
führen.
Bei allen Arbeiten in und an den Schaltfeldern sind folgende
Vorschriften zu beachten:
•
Die nationalen und internationalen Sicherheitsbestimmungen
(z.B. VDE 0105, Bestimmungen für den Betrieb von
Starkstromanlagen).
•
Die besonderen Wartungsvorschriften der eingebauten Apparate
und Einrichtungen.
Um- und Nachrüstung von Feldern ist je nach Um-
fang und Ausbauart mit oder ohne Betriebsunter-
brechung benachbarter Anlagenteile möglich. Bei
Umbauten in den Schaltfeldern ist die veränderte
Wärmebilanz in den Feldern zu beachten. Die zuläs-
sige Grenzerwärmung im Schaltfeld darf nicht über-
schritten werden. In Zweifelsfällen wenden Sie sich
bitte an Ihre zuständige ABB-Niederlassung.
Die Schienenverbindungen sind durch die Verwendung von
Schrauben mit ESLOK-Sicherung wartungsfrei ausgeführt. Nach
Störungen sind Kontrollen wie vor der lnbetriebnahme durchzuführen.
5.1.1 Maximal zulässige effektive Verlustleistung P
Folgende Voraussetzungen gelten für die unter 5.1.1.1 und 5.1.1.2
genannten Richtwerte:

Bei Schmalfeldern (B = 400, 600 mm) sind zwei Lüftungsgitter
einzusetzen. Bei Belüftung der Schaltfelder von unten (ohne
Bodenblech), z.B. bei Kabelschächten oder aufgeständertem Boden,
sind keine Lüftungsgitter erforderlich, wenn eine gleichwertige
Luftzirkulation möglich ist.

Bei Feldbreiten < 1000 mm ist Kurve 3 prozentual zu senken, z.B.
B = 800 mm, Kurve 3 auf 80 % reduzieren.

Für Endschränke von SchaItanIagen kann die zusätzliche
Abstrahlfläche einer Seitenwand mit einer Erhöhung der Kurven
um 20 % berücksichtigt werden (Wandabstand mindestens 8 cm).

Maintenance
and Spare Parts
5.1 General
Maintenance work, such as replacing fuses etc.,
must only be carried out by suitable instructed
personnel observing the safety rules.
When working on switchgear cubicles the following regulations
must be observed:
•
The national and international safety rules (e.g. VDE 0105,
regulations for the operation of power installations).
•
The specific maintenance instructions of the installed devices.
When making modifications to cubicles it may
be necessary to interrupt the operation of adja-
cent parts of the installation, depending on the
extent of the work and the type of design.
For modifications inside the cubicles it is
necessary to reconsider the changed heat
balance. The allowed limit of temperature-rise
inside the switchpanel must not be exceeded. In
case of doubt please contact your appropriate
ABB branch.
The use of ESLOK-secured screws renders maintenance of the
bar connections unnecessary. After fault situations the checks are
to be carried out just as before commissioning.
5.1.1 Maximum admittable effective power loss P
The following preconditions are valid for the standard values given
under 5.1.1.1 and 5.1.1.2:

For small cubicles (W = 400, 600 mm) 2 ventilation louvres must
be used. In case of ventilation from bottom (without bottom plate)
i.e. because of cable pits or false floors, there are no ventilation
louvres necessary for cubicles, as long as an equivalent air
circulation is possible.

•
For cubicles < 1000 mm curve 3 must be lowered in percent-
age terms, i.e. for W = 800 mm, lower curve 3 to 80 %.
•
For end cubicles of a switchgear, an increase of the curves by
20 % can be taken into account, due to an additional
emmission area of one side wall (Cubicle distance to wall at
least 8 cm).
