Beschreibung der Schaltknebelstellungen 4E bis 48 E Module
Bei Kompaktleistungsschaltern mit Motorantrieb ist eine Testfunktion
des Steuerkreises in der Teststellung nicht möglich.
Eine sichere Ausschaltung des Hauptstromkreises wird aufgrund der
Trennereigenschaften der verwendeten Hauptschaltgeräte in der
AUS-Stellung erreicht. Darüber hinaus ist für das Arbeiten vor Ort
die sichere Trennung der Haupt- und Hilfsstromkreise durch
die Trennstellung der Einschübe notwendig.
Quittierung von Leistungsschaltern in Einschüben
Erfolgt bei Kompaktleistungsschaltern eine Schutzauslösung, so kann
der Schaltknebel in eine Stellung zwischen „EIN" und „AUS" springen.
Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Schalters wieder herzustellen, ist eine
Quittierung erforderlich. Diese erfolgt durch Versetzen des Schaltkne-
bels von der Zwischenstellung über die Stellung „AUS" hinaus bis
zum Anschlag. Danach lässt sich der Schalter wieder einschalten:
1. Schaltknebel von der Stellung „EIN" über die „AUS-Stellung" hinaus
bis zum Anschlag betätigen.
2. Nach dem Loslassen schwingt der Schaltknebel in die AUS-
Stellung zurück.
3. Der Schalter ist wieder einschaltbereit.
Anmerkung:
Eine sichere Ausgelöstanzeige kann nur mit einer elektrischen Mel-
dung (z. B. Leuchtmelder oder akustisches Signal) realisiert werden.

A test function of the control circuit for moulded case circuit
breakers with motor operating is not possible in the test position.
A secure breaking of the maincircuit is achieved in the OFF-position
due to the isolating characteristics of the used main switching de-
vices. In addition it is necessary for working at the consumer to
achieve a secure isolation of the main- and control-circuits by mov-
ing the withdrawable module to the isolated position.
Resetting circuit breakers in withdrawable modules
When moulded-case circuit breakers are tripped on faults, the
switch handle might jump into an intermediate position between
"ON" and "OFF".
The function of the circuit breaker can only be reestablished by a
reset. Reset the fault by turning the switch handle from the
intermediate position to the "OFF" position and further to the stop.
Then, the circuit breaker can be switched on again.
1. Turn switch handle from "ON" position to "OFF" position and
further to the stop.
2. When released, the switch handle swings back to "OFF"
position.
3. The circuit breaker is ready to be switched on.
Note:
A clear release tripped indication can only be realized with an elec-
trical signal (e. g. pilot lamp or aural signal).
