Neu-Montage
•
2 Kabelanschlussteile (Auswahl siehe Abb. 49).
•
Zwei weitere Fachböden im 8E-Raster einsetzen und
verschrauben.
•
Die zwei neuen Fachböden mit einer Führungsschiene links
bestücken sowie die Rollen und Abdeckungen montieren.
•
Zwischen den Fachböden rechts im Kabelraum sind je ein
Steuersteckerhalter mit einem oder zwei 16-/20-pol.
Steuersteckerblöcken (Steuerklemmenblöcken) zu montieren.
Bei Montage von nur einem Steuersteckerblock ist dieser im
oberen TeiI des Steuersteckerhalters einzusetzen und der
untere Teil mit einer Verschlussplatte abzudecken.
•
LeistungskabeI mit Berührungsschutz (Faltenbalg) installieren
(siehe Abb. 50) und Steuerleitungen anklemmen.
•
3 neue Einschübe der Größe 8E einschieben.
Zwecks Materialbeschaffung ist mit dem zuständigen ABB-
Verkaufsbüro Kontakt aufzunehmen.
5.4.3 Beispiel 3: Umrüsten von 6 Einheiten Größe 8E/2
(200 mm hoch) in eine Einheit mit 24E (600 mm hoch)
Die Umrüstung ist in folgender Reihenfolge auszuführen:
Demontage
•
6 Einschübe herausnehmen.
•
Leistungskabel und Steuerleitungen abklemmen.
•
Die zwei mittleren Fachböden mit Frontstegen und
Führungsprofilen ausbauen (siehe Abb. 13).
•
Die Führungsprofile und den Frontsteg am unteren Fachboden
entfernen (siehe Abb. 13/15).
•
Die 3 Einschubkondapter ausbauen (siehe Abb. 13).
Neu-Montage
•
Ein Kabelanschlussteil (Auswahl siehe Abb. 50) je nach
Ausführung des Einschubes montieren. Für Parallelschaltung
zur Betriebsstromerhöhung oder für Stern-Dreieck-Abgang
können 2 KabelanschlussteiIe montiert werden.
•
Die Führungsschiene links am unteren Fachboden montieren
(siehe Abb. 15).
•
Rollen und Abdeckung im Fachboden montieren (siehe Abb.
15).
•
Steuersteckerhalter mit einem oder zwei 16-/20-pol. Steuer-
steckerblöcken (Steuerklemmenblöcken) montieren (siehe Abb.
15). Bei Montage von nur einem Steuersteckerblock ist dieser
im oberen Teil des Steuersteckerhalters einzusetzen und der
untere Teil mit einer Verschlussplatte abzudecken.
•
Leistungskabel mit Berührungsschutz (Faltenbalg, siehe Abb.
49) und auch Steuerleitungen anschließen. Bei Parallel-
schaltung von 2 KabelanschlussteiIen ist ein zusätzlicher
FaltenbaIg erforderlich.
•
Neuen Einschub der Größe 24E einschieben.

Reassembly
•
lnstall 2 outgoing cable connection units (details see fig. 49).
•
Insert two new compartment bottom plates with a distance of
8E each and fix them with screws.
•
The newIy installed bottom plates must be equipped with the
left guide rail and the rollers and covers have to be mounted.
•
Between the newly installed compartment bottom plates
one control terminal block support per withdrawable module
compartment with one or two 16-/20-pole terminal blocks
must be mounted on the right hand side (in the cabIe
compartment).
lf only one terminal block per support is required it must be
mounted in the upper part of the cut-out of the support. The
lower part has to be covered with a cover plate.
•
Connect power cabIes with their protective covers (bellows)
(see fig. 50) and also the control wiring.
•
lnsert three new withdrawable units size 8E.
Should new material be required contact the nearest ABB saIes
office or representative.
5.4.3 Example 3: Conversion of 6 units size 8E/2
(height 200 mm) into one unit size 24E (height 600 mm)
The conversion has to take place in the following sequence:
Disassembly
•
Pull out the 6 withdrawable units.
•
Disconnect power and control cables and wiring.
•
DisassembIe the two middIe compartment bottom plates with
front posts and guide rails (see fig. 13).
•
Remove guide rail and front post from the lower compartment
bottom plate (see fig. 13/15).
•
Take out the 3 withdrawable module condapters with their
terminal blocks (see fig. 13).
Reassembly
•
InstalI one outgoing cable connection unit (details see fig. 50)
depending on the module design. Depending on the current or
whether a star-delta unit is used two outgoing cabIe
connection units can be mounted.
•
Install guide rail left on the lower compartment bottom plate
(see fig. 15).
•
Mount roller and cover in the compartment bottom plate
(see fig. 15).
•
lnstall control terminal block support with one or two 16-/20-
pole control terminal blocks. When only one 16-/20-pole
control terminal block is required mount it in the upper part of
the support and use a cover for the lower part of the support.
•
Connect power cable including protective cover (bellows, see
fig. 49) and control wiring. For parallel connection of two
outgoing cable connection units an additional bellow is
required.
•
lnsert new withdrawable unit size 24E.
