I comandi del sollevatore sono situati sulla centralina di comando, dove

trovano alloggiamento: il gruppo motore-pompa idraulica,
( + pompa manuale ) , i gruppi elettrovalvole e gli attacchi per
l' allacciamento alla rete pneumatica - elettrica ed idraulica.
I comandi sulla consolle sono i seguenti (Fig.53-54-55):
1 - INTERRUTTORE GENERALE: NGL-ATGL - ATLT
POSIZIONE " 0 ": Il sollevatore non è in tensione, ed è possibile
lucchettare l' interruttore per impedire l' uso del sollevatore in caso di
guasto/manutenzione .
POSIZIONE " 1 ": Il sollevatore è in tensione.
2 - SPIA ALIMENTAZIONE: NGL-ATGL - ATLT
Segnala che il quadro di comando è sotto tensione.
3 - PULSANTE DI SALITA: NGL-ATGL- ATLT

Tipo " uomo presente " funziona sotto tensione a 24V, e se premuto,
aziona il motore e i meccanismi che attuano la salita delle pedane o
delle torrette.
4 - PULSANTE DI DISCESA: NGL-ATGL - ATLT

Tipo " uomo presente " funziona sotto tensione a 24V, e se premuto,
aziona il motore e i meccanismi che attuano la discesa delle pedane o
delle torrette .
5 - STAZIONAMENTO PEDANE : NGL-ATGL- ATLT
Tipo " uomo presente " funziona sotto tensione a 24V, e se premuto,
staziona le pedane sulle sicurezze meccaniche.
6 - PULSANTE AUTORIZZAZIONE DISCESA FINALE PONTE
NGL-ATGL - ATLT
Tipo " uomo presente " premuto contemporaneamente al pulsante
discesa autorizza la discesa dell'ultimo tratto.
7 - PULSANTE ESCLUSIONE: NGL-ATGL- ATLT
Tipo " uomo presente " funziona sotto tensione a 24V; esclude il

finecorsa alto e la fotocellula ( si usa in fase di riempimento od in fase

di spurgo aria )
8 - SELETTORE PEDANE - TORRETTE - PG
POSIZIONE " P ": Selezione funzionamento pedane

FUNZIONAMENTO ED USO
CHAPTER 5 OPERATION
Car lift controls are located in the control box, where the
motor-hydraulic pump unit (+ manual pump), the electrovalves and the
connections to the electric-pneumatic and hydraulic system are also
located.
Controls on the board are the following (Fig.53-54-55):
1 - MAIN SWITCH: NGL-ATGL- ATLT
"0" POSITION: lift is not powered. The switch can be padlocked to
prevent the use of the lift in case of failure or maintenance.
"1" POSITION: lift is powered.
2 - FEEDING PILOT LIGHT: NGL-ATGL - ATLT
it indicates that the control board is powered.
3 - LIFTING PUSH BUTTON: NGL-ATGL- ATLT
"Dead man control", 24V operated, when pressed, the motor and the
lifting mechanism are operated.
4 - LOWERING PUSH BUTTON: NGL-ATGL- ATLT
"dead man control", 24V operated, when pressed, the motor and the
lowering mechanism are operated.
5 - PLATFORM MECHANICAL SAFETY PUSH BUTTON:NGL-ATGL-
ATLT
"dead man control", 24V operated, when pressed, the mechanical
safety device is engaged.
6 - LAST STRETCH LOWERING PUSH BUTTON: NGL-ATGL- ATLT
"dead man control", 24V operated, when pressed together with
DESCENT button, it allow to get over the safety stretch ( last stretch )
of the downtravel and to lower the lift completely.
7 - LIFTING LIMIT SWITCH CUT OUT: N - AT - ATLT
"dead man control", 24V operated, when pressed , cut out the lifting
limit switch and photocell ( on use during the filling or during the air
release and it is located inside the control box).
8 - SELECTOR SWITCH PLATFORM-LIFT TABLE PG
"P"
POSITION: Select the platform functions
"T"
POSITION: Select the lift table functions
"PG" POSITION: Select the play detector
9 - SWINGING PLATES CONTROL: ATGL- ATLT
"0" POSITION: Locked swinging plates "A"
