POSIZIONAMENTO DEL SOLLEVATORE A PAVIMENTO.
Dopo aver sballato il sollevatore posizionare nel punto desiderato le due pedane
secondo lo schema fig.5 e 7.
In seguito sollevare il pianale superiore fig.26 posizionandolo ad un'altezza di circa un
metro assicurandosi che le sicurezze meccaniche siano correttamente inserite.
Attenzione: per l'installazione con centralina DX la pedana P1 deve sempre essere nella
posizione indicata in fig.6 e 8.

ATTENZIONE
Per evitare la chiusura improvvisa del sollevatore dovuta allo sganciamento acci-
dentale delle sicurezze meccaniche , inserire dei pezzi di legno appositamente ta-
gliati a misura nella parte inferiore delle pedane.
Prestare molta attenzione lavorando nelle zone sottostanti finchè l'impianto idrau-
lico non sarà completamente riempito con l'olio.
Per mettere alla stessa distanza le due pedane ed in modo parallelo fra di loro,
spostare il sollevatore imbracandolo come descritto nella figura 29.
Eseguire i collegamenti elettrici, idraulici seguendo attentamente la relativa nume-
razione ( vedi schemi allegati ). Per poter eseguire correttamente i collegamenti, al
fine di rendere il sollevatore funzionante, si rimanda l' operatore ai capitoli se-
guenti.

Il collegamento pneumatico deve essere effettuato solo dopo che il circuito
idraulico è stato riempito

Dopo aver sballato il sollevatore sollevare il pianale superiore fig.26
posizionandolo ad un'altezza di circa un metro assicurandosi che le sicurezze
meccaniche siano correttamente inserite. Imbragare le pedane come in fig.29
facendo attenzione a non danneggiare i tubi ed i cavi, verificare che tutti i piedini
di regolazione siano inseriti quindi calare nell' incasso.
Attenzione: l'installazione con centralina DX la pedana P1 deve sempre essere
nella posizione indicata in fig.6 e 8.

ATTENZIONE
Per evitare l'improvvisa chiusura del sollevatore dovuto al rilascio delle sicurezze
meccaniche ,inserire dei pezzi di legno nella parte interna del basamento.
Prestare attenzione a non lavorare sotto il sollevatore fino a che l'impianto idrau-
lico non sia completamente riempito con l'olio.
Prima di far passare i tubi oleodinamici e pneumatici nelle condutture di collegamento
alla centralina , proteggere i raccordi con nastro adesivo per impedire l'entrata di
impurità che danneggerebbero l'impianto idraulico .
Eseguire i collegamenti elettrici, idraulici seguendo attentamente la relativa numerazione
( vedi schemi allegati ). Per poter eseguire correttamente i collegamenti, al fine di
rendere il sollevatore funzionante, si rimanda l' operatore ai capitoli seguenti.
LOCATION OF CAR LIFT (PLATFORM VERSION)
After having unpacked the lift, locate the two platforms in the desired place acconding to
diagrams - fig. 5 and 7.
Then raise the upper platform fig. 26, placing it at an height of 1 mt approx., checking
that the mechanical safety devices are inserted properly.
Warning: when installing the lift with control unit on the right side, platform P1 must be
always placed as shown in fig. 6 and 8.

WARNING
To avoid the unexpected lift closure due to mechanical safety device release in-
sert wooden pieces in the inner part of the base frame.
Pay attention not to work under the lift until the hydraulic system has not been
completely filled with hydraulic oil.
Move the car lift, sling it as described on fig.29 and adjust the distance between
the two platforms so that they are exactly parallel.
Perform electric, hydraulic and pneumatic connections, making sure all tubes are
properly connected (see following tables). Regarding the proper connections ne-
cessary to make the car lift perfectly working, see the following chapters.

LOCATION OF CAR LIFT ( RECESSED VERSION)
After having unpacked the lift, raise the upper platform fig. 26, placing it at an height of 1
mt approx., checking that the mechanical safety devices are inserted properly.
Sling the platforms as shown in fig. 29, paying attention not to damage hoses and
cables. Then check that all the adjusting feet are inserted. You can now place the lift in
the recess.
Warning: when installing the lift with control unit on the right side, platform P1 must be
always placed as shown in fig. 6 and 8.

Before placing the pneumatic and hydraulic hoses inside the ducts which connect the
hoses to the control unit , stick adhesive tape on the pipe fittings in order to protect the
hoses from dust and impurities which could damage the hydraulic system .
Perform electric, hydraulic and pneumatic connections, following carefully the relevant
numbering. Regarding the proper connectionnecessary to make the car lift perfectly
working, see the following chapters.
