MESSA IN FUNZIONE NGL-ATGL - ATLT
Dopo aver posizionato il sollevatore secondo le indicazioni riportate in fig.4
ed aver effettuato i collegamenti elettrici ed idraulici (non eseguire per il
momento il collegamento pneumatico), si può procedere con le operazioni
da effettuare per la messa in servizio del sollevatore.
Svitare il tappo del serbatoio olio ed introdurre graduatamente durante la
fase di riempimento circa 18 lt. ( NGL-ATGL) 25 lt. ( ATLT ) di olio idraulico
tipo " ESSO NUTO H 32 " o equivalente.
Portare l' interruttore generale "1" fig.53-54-55 in posizione
Assicurarsi che il motore abbia il giusto senso di rotazione ( in caso
contrario invertire le fasi sulla linea di alimentazione elettrica).
Posizionare il selettore "8" fig.55 su "P" di pedane ATLT.
Premere contemporaneamente il pulsante di "salita" "3" fig.53-54-55 e
quello escusione fotocellula "7" mantenendolo premuto fino a quando la
pedana "P1" arriva all'altezza massima e di conseguenza anche la pedana
"P2" mantenere premuto i 2 pulsanti per circa 10-15 sec in modo da
scaricare l'aria presente nel circuito idraulico.
Eseguire il collegamento pneumatico come da schema fig.50 e fare
scendere il sollevatore premendo il pulsante discesa "4".
Ad un'altezza di circa 500 mm. il sollevatore si ferma per cui senza rilasciare
il pulsante di discesa "4" e quello escusione fotocellula "7" (fig.53-54-55)
premere il pulsante di autorizzazione "6" (fig.53-54-55) ; il dispositivo
acustico inizia a suonare ed il sollevatore si chiude completamente.
Fare eseguire alle pedane alcuni cicli di salita e discesa quindi un ultimo
ciclo per scarico aria nel circuito idraulico mantenendo premuto il pulsante
di salita "3" ed esclusione fine-corsa e fotocellula "7" contemporaneamente
per ca. 20-30 secondi.
Nel caso si notino slivellamenti o partenze delle due pedane non simultanee
vedere il punto 1 o 2 di pag.40.
Solo per ATLT
Posizionare il selettore "8" fig.55 su "T" di torrette.
Premere contemporaneamente il pulsante di "salita" "3" fig.53-54-55 e
quello escusione fotocellula "7" mantenendolo premuto fino a quando la
pedana "T1" arriva all'altezza massima e di conseguenza anche la pedana
"T2" mantenere premuto i 2 pulsanti per circa 10-15 sec in modo da
scaricare l'aria presente nel circuito idraulico.
Attendere circa un minuto per dare modo ai pistoni dei cilindri di posizionarsi
al di sotto dei fori di travaso e quindi premere il pulsante discesa per
abbassare le torrette.
CONTROLLI DA EFFETTUARE
Eseguire i controlli sottoindicati durante il funzionamento del sollevatore.
Osservare che le sicurezze meccaniche abbiano un corretto inserimento
·
nelle loro sedi.
Controllare il corretto funzionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza
·
(Fotocellula- Pulsante autorizzazione – Dispositivo acustico ).
NGL-ATGL - ATLT OPERATION
After positioning the car lift as specified on fig.4 and performing electric
and hydraulic connections (do not perform the pneumatic connection
yet) the car lift can be operated by the procedures shown below:
Unscrew the oil tank cap and, using a funnel, pour step-by-step during
filling phase about 18 l ( NGL-ATGL) 25 l ( ATLT ) of "ESSO-NUTO
H32" hydraulic oil or equivalent.
Move the general switch to "1" position (see fig.53-54-55) "1".

Check the motor for the proper direction of rotation (failing this,
exchange the phases on the feeding line).
Set the switch "8" shown on fig.55 on "P" (platforms ) ATLT
Press simultaneously the "lifting" button "3" (Fig. 53-54-55) and the
photocell cutout button "7" and keep them pressed until the platform
"P1" reaches the maximum height, as well as the platform "P2". Keep
the 2 buttons pressed for approx. 10-15 mins so as to blow air off the
hydraulic circuit.
Perform the pneumatic connection as shown in diagram on fig. 50 and
press the lowering push button "4" to permit lift lowering .
The lift stops at an height of approx. 500 mm. Therefore, without
releasing the lowering button "4" and the photocell cutout button "7" (fig.
53-54-55), press the enable button "6" (fig. 53-54-55); the acoustic
alarm starts operating and the lift closes completely.
Completely move the platforms up and down three or four times then
carry out a final cycle to allow the outflow of the air from the hydraulic
circuit; press simultaneously the lifting push button and the
photocell/limit switch cut out push button for 20-30 seconds approx.
In case the two platforms are not levelled or do not start simultaneously,
see point 1 or 2 on page 40.
For ATLT only
Set the switch "8" shown on fig.55 on "T" (Lifting table )
Press simultaneously the "lifting" button "3" (Fig. 53-54-55) and the
photocell cutout button "7" and keep them pressed until the platform
"T1" reaches the maximum height, as well as the platform "T2". Keep
the 2 buttons pressed for approx. 10-15 mins so as to blow air off the
hydraulic circuit.
Await 1 minute : the cylinder pistons must go under the transfert holes,
then press the lowering push button.
CHECKS TO BE PERFORMED
Perform the following checks when operating the car lift:
Be sure that mechanical safety devices are properly inserted in their

seats.
Check the safety devices ( Photoelectric cell, acoustic signal, etc) for
·
proper operation.
