I comandi del sollevatore sono situati sulla consolle di comando, dove
trovano alloggiamento: il gruppo motore-pompa idraulica, i gruppi
elettrovalvole e gli attacchi per l' allacciamento alla rete elettrica.
I comandi sono indicati in fig.33:
1- PULSANTE DI SALITA:
Tipo " uomo presente presente " funziona sotto tensione a 24V, e se
premuto, aziona il motore e i meccanismi che attuano la salita del
sollevatore.
2- INTERRUTTORE GENERALE:
POSIZIONE " 0 ": Il sollevatore non è in tensione, ed è possibile lucchettarlo
per impedire l' uso
POSIZIONE " 1 ": Il sollevatore è in tensione.
3- SPIA ALIMENTAZIONE:
Segnala che il quadro di comando è sotto tensione.
4- PULSANTE ESCLUSIONE FINECORSA SALITA:
Tipo " uomo presente " funziona sotto tensione a 24V, ed esclude il
micro di fine corsa salita.
5- PULSANTE DI DISCESA:
Tipo " uomo presente " funziona sotto tensione a 24V, e se premuto,
aziona i meccanismi che attuano la discesa del sollevatore.

6- PULSANTE AUTORIZZAZIONE ULTIMO TRATTO DISCESA:
Tipo " uomo presente" funziona sotto tensione a 24V, e se premuto
contemporaneamente al pulsante DISCESA permette al sollevatore di
abbassarsi completamente.
7 - SELETTORE SOLLEVATORE PRINCIPALE / TORRETTA
POSIZIONE " P ": Selezione funzionamento sollevatore principale
POSIZIONE " T ": Selezione funzionamento torretta
SEQUENZA DI FUNZIONAMENTO
Prima di salire/scendere dal sollevatore, assicurarsi che le piattaforme siano
alla minima altezza.
Salire con il veicolo a " passo d' uomo ", posizionandolo come indicato in
fig. 9.
In fase di salita/discesa, il sollevatore deve essere costantemente osservato
insieme al suo carico.
Premere il pulsante 'SALITA' " 1 " in fig. 33 e tenerlo premuto finche il ponte
raggiunge l'altezza desiderata.
Per abbassare Il carico, premere il pulsante 'DISCESA' " 5 " fig.33).
Per compiere la discesa completa "ultimo tratto" tenere premuto
contemporaneamente i pulsanti " 5 " e " 6 " .

CHAP. 5 CONTROL PANEL
The lift's controls are situated on the control panel where the hydraulic
pump-motor unit, the solenoid valves and the fittings for connecting to
the electricity mains are also housed.
The controls are indicated in fig. 33:
1-ASCENT PUSH BUTTON:
"Hands-on" type, working at a voltage of 24V and, if pressed, starts the
motor and the mechanisms that actuate lift ascent.
2- MAIN SWITCH:
POSITION " 0 ": The lift has no power and it can be padlocked to
prevent it being used
POSITION " 1 ": The lift has power.
3- POWER PILOT LIGHT:
It indicates that the control panel is live.
4- ASCENT LIMIT SWITCH EXCLUSION PUSH BUTTON:
"Hands-on" type, working at a voltage of 24V and excludes the ascent
limit switch.
5- DESCENT PUSH BUTTON:
"Hands-on" type, working at a voltage of 24V and, if pressed, starts the
motor and the mechanisms that actuate lift descent.
6- PUSH BUTTON AUTHORISING LAST DESCENT PART:
"Hands-on" type, working at a voltage of 24V and, if pressed
simultaneously with the DESCENT push button allows the lift to
descend completely.
7 – MAIN LIFT/LIFTING TABLE SELECTOR
POSITION " P ": Select main lift operation
POSITION " T ": Select lifting table operation
OPERATING SEQUENCE
Before putting the car on or taking it off the lift make sure the platforms
are at minimum height.
Lift the vehicle slowly, positioning it as shown in fig. 9.
When the lift is moving up or down it must be constantly observed
together with its load.
Press the 'ASCENT' "1" push button in fig. 33 and hold it down until the
lift reaches the height wanted.
Press the 'DESCENT' "5" pushbutton in fig. 33 to lower the load.
To bring the lift down completely – "last part" – keep push buttons "5"
and "6" pressed simultaneously.
