ATTENZIONE
LIVELLAMENTO
è possibile che il pavimento del vostro locale o le fosse per l'incasso del ponte non siano
perfettamente in piano, ovvero presentino dei dislivelli anche vistosi. Con l'aiuto di
normali strumenti di uso comune (livello a bolla, o ad acqua, e filo a piombo) e dei
piedini di regolazione, si può ovviare a questo inconveniente anche in misura di circa
2cm. L'operazione è estremamente semplice: dopo aver posizionato il ponte, poggiamo
il livello sulle due pedane come in fig.51 e regoliamo i piedini. Ripetiamo l'operazione
poggiando il livello su una pedana alla volta in lunghezza, e continuiamo fino al
raggiungimento del livellamento e stabilità delle due basi e delle due pedane.

ATTENZIONE
Dopo la regolazione dei piedini riempire con spessori
metallici sotto alle basi gli eventuali spazi vuoti
dovuti all disconnessione del pavimento.
FISSAGGIO
Usando le basi come dime, forare con una punta Ø18 mm. il
·
pavimento per una profondità di circa 100 mm.
pulire i fori ed inserire i tasselli (tipo FISCHER FH18x100x25H) con
·
leggeri colpi di martello.
prima del serraggio finale dei tasselli è importante verificare la
·
perpendicolarità fra l'asse verticale del sollevatore ed il pavimento.
procedere al serreggio dei tasselli utilizzando una chiave
·
dinamometrica tarata a 80 Nm.
APPLICAZIONE CATARIFRANGENTE
Per applicare il catarifrangente agire come segue:
- coprire con del nastro adesivo la parte esterna del catarifrangente
per ridurre la zona riflettente
- posizinare il catarifrangente sulla pedana opposta alle fotocellule
(fig.24) spostandolo verticalmente ed orizzontalmente fino a
trovare il punto esatto, verificando che si spengano i 2 led della
fotocellula.
- togliere la protezione dell' adesivo sulla parte esterna e fissare il
catarifrangente definitivamente.

ATTENZIONE
Quando i soffitti sono più bassi del normale, per evitare spiacevoli
conseguenze ai mezzi, bisogna assolutamente applicare ad un'altezza
che, comunque permetta di operare con tranquillità, un dispositivo di
sicurezza adeguato che blocchi immediatamente, quando eccitato, la
salita dell'impianto con il carico, ad almeno 20 cm dal soffitt

WARNING
LEVELLING
It is possible, that your floor or the recess is not perfectly flat, i.e. there are even great
differences in level. This difference can be modified (up to 2cm), using common tools (as
bubble tubes, water level, and plumb) and the wheel swinging plates.
This operation is extremely simple: after having set the car lift, lay the bubble tube on the
pavement, as shown in the picture 51, and regulate the swinging plates. Now repeat the
operation laying the bubble tube on one platform a time, in the length direction, continue
until the levelling of the two basis and platforms is reached.

WARNING
After having adjusted the swinging plates, place
metal shims under the basis in order to fill possible
empty spaces due to unlevelled floor.
FIXAGE
Using the bases as templates, drill the floor (a 18 mm.bit must be
·
used) up to a depht of about 100 mm.;
Clean the holes (type FISCHER FH18x100x25H), place the proper
·
inserts with light hammer blows.
Before tightening the bolts, check that the lift vertical axis is
·
perpendicular to the floor.
Now tighten the bolts using a torque wrench set at 80 Nm.
·
HOW TO PLACE THE REFLECTOR
To properly place the reflector, act as follows:
- cover with adhesive tape the external part of the reflector in order
to reduce the reflecting area.
- Fit the reflector on the platform opposite to photocells (fig. 24), moving
it vertically and horizontally until you find the exact spot, checking that
the 2 photocell leds turn off.
- remove the adhesive tape and fix the reflector on the platform in
a permanent way.

ATTENTION
If the ceiling is lower than usual, in order to avoid damages to the lifted
vehicle, it is necessary to mount a security device, which immediately
stops the lifting of the vehicle. It must be mounted at a distance not
shorter than 20 cm from the ceiling. This will allow personnel to work in
total safety.
