Prima di salire/scendere dal sollevatore, assicurarsi che le pedane
siano alla minima altezza.
Salire con l' autovettura sul sollevatore a " passo d' uomo ",
posizionando la stessa correttamente ( vedere fig.13 )
Spegnere il motore e innestare il freno di stazionamento dopo aver
posizionato l' auotovettura sul ponte sollevatore e ricordarsi di
disinserire la leva del cambio posizionandola sul " folle ".
SOLLEVAMENTO PEDANA:NGL-ATGL- ATLT (fig.53-54-55)
P
Ruotare il selettore "8" su "P" (per NGL+PG ATGL+PG ATLT
ATLT+PG) e premere il pulsante di salita "3" e portare il sollevatore all'
altezza desiderata quindi premere il pulsante di stazionamento "5" per
inserire le sicurezze meccaniche.
Per la discesa, premere il pulsante di discesa"4" ; il sollevatore si

alzerà leggermente dando la possibilità alle sicurezze meccaniche di
disinserirsi e quindi iniziare la discesa.
Se il tempo di disinserimento non fosse sufficente agire sul trimmer

La regolazione del tempo di salita per lo sgancio delle sicurezze
meccaniche è comandato da un trimmer fig.56 posto sulla scheda
elettro-meccanica avente una
scala da 0.5:3 secondi.
Durante la discesa ad un'altezza di circa 500 mm. il sollevatore si
ferma per cui senza rilasciare il pulsante di discesa premere il pulsante
di autorizzazione ; il dispositivo acustico inizia a suonare ed il
sollevatore si chiude completamente .
SOLLEVAMENTO TORRETTA: ATLT (fig.55)
Posizionare gli appositi tamponi in gomma sulla pedana del sollevatore
in corrispondenza dei punti di presa consigliati dal costruttore dell'
autovettura.
Ruotare il selettore "8" su "T" e premere il pulsante di salita "3" .

Durante i primi cicli di lavoro del sollevatore si
possono verificare dei rumori e/o dei cigolii, dovuti al
non ancora avvenuto assestamento naturale delle
parti meccaniche. Questo inconveniente sparirà
dopo aver eseguito qualche altro ciclo di lavoro.

OPERATION SEQUENCE
Make sure the platforms are at the minimum height before
lifting/lowering the car lift. Get on the vehicle and crawl on the car lift; be
sure the vehicle is centred and both rear and front wheels are properly
positionated (fig.13).
Switch off the engine and engage the parking brake after placing the
vehicle on the car lift; furthermore disengage the shift lever and move it
to the "neutral" position.
PLATFORM LIFTING: NGL-ATGL- ATLT (fig.53-54-55)
Place the selector switch"8" on "P" (for NGL+PG ATGL+PG ATLT
ATLT+PG) position: platform functions press the "LIFTING " push-button
"3" Keep it pressed until the required height is reached and then press
the " mechanical safety " push button "5" .
To lower the lift press the "Lowering " push button "4"; a short lifting
mouvement of 30/40 mm. occurs , allowing the mechanical safety
devices to be disengaged. Then the lift starts lowering.
If disengagement time is not enough, act on trimmer (fig. 56).
The lifting timing regulation for the mechanical safety device dis-
connection is controlled by a potentiometer fig.58, situated on the
electromechanical board having a scale between 0.5:3 seconds.
In the lowering phase, the lift stops at an height of approx. 500 mm.
Therefore, without releasing the lowering button, press the
enable button. The acoustic alarm starts operating and the lift
closed completely.
LIFT TABLE LIFTING: ATLT (fig.55)
Place the proper rubber pads on the platform so that they are in line with
the lifting points specified by the manufacturer.
Place the selector switch "8" on "T" position and press the "LIFTING"
push button "3".

IMPORTANT :
During the first operating cycles cracking noises
could occur. This trouble is only due to the natural
settlement of mechanical parts, and will soon
disappear, after having carried out other operating
cycles.
