APPENDICE A INFORMAZIONI PARTICOLARI
DEMOLIZIONE DELLA MACCHINA DURANTE LA DEMOLIZIONE DELLA
MACCHINA DEVONO ESSERE OSSERVATE TUTTE LE PRECAUZIONI DI
SICUREZZA ILLUSTRATE AL CAPITOLO 3 E VALIDE PER IL MONTAGGIO.
La demolizione della macchina deve essere effettuata da tecnici autorizzati,
come per il montaggio.
Le parti metalliche possono essere rottamate come rottami ferrosi.
In ogni caso tutti i materiali derivati dalla demolizione devono essere smaltiti
in accordo alla normativa vigente del paese in cui il ponte è installato.
Si ricorda inoltre che, ai fini fiscali, occorre documentare l'avvenuta
demolizione producendo denunce e documenti secondo la legislazione
v
igente nel paese in cui il ponte è installato al momento della demolizione stessa.
PROTEZIONE CONTRO GLI INCENDI:
La macchina in sè stessa non è causa di principi di incendio e in ogni caso il
locale dove la stessa è installata deve già rispondere alle norme che
regolano la prevenzione incendi, vigenti nel paese di installazione. Però l'
autovettura sollevata, può, malgrado tutte le precauzioni adottate, essere
causa di un principio di incendio ( benzina fuoriuscita accidentale dalla
manipolazione del motore o vapori di essa o scintille causata dall'
accumulatore o da altre cause ). Pertanto è consigliabile avere a portata di
mano, ( nella zona riservata all' operatore ) uno o più apparecchi portatili di
pronto intervento antincendio ( estintore ) in modo da scongiurare
immediatamente il pericolo derivato da questa possibilità.
PROTEZIONE CONTRO GLI INFORTUNI
Ricordiamo che, durante le operazioni di: carico-scarico, spostamento,
installazione, montaggio, demolizione della macchina, gli operatori devono
adottare tutte le precauzioni dettate dalle norme per la prevenzione infortuni
contro la persona, ( casco, guanti, scarpe, etc. ) vigenti nel paese di
installazione della macchina, e rispettare quelle che regolano l' uso in
sicurezza di: carrelli elevatori, ponteggi, etc.
APPENDICE B
PARTI DI RICAMBIO
RICAMBI
la sostituzione dei pezzi e gli interventi di riparazione richiedono il ri-
spetto di TUTTE LE PRECAUZIONI DI SICUREZZA indicate al capitolo 6
"MANUTENZIONE" e al capitolo 3 "SICUREZZA".
Adottare tutti i provvedimenti utili per
EVITARE L'AVVIAMENTO ACCIDENTALE DEL SOLLEVATORE:
l'interruttore sul quadro del sollevatore deve essere bloccato in posizione

0 mediante lucchetto.
La chiave del lucchetto deve essere presa in consegna dal manutentore
·
per tutta la durata dell'intervento.
PROCEDURA PER L'ORDINAZIONE DEI PEZZI DI RICAMBIO
Per ordinare pezzi di ricambio occorre:
indicare il numero di matricola del sollevatore e l'anno di costru-zione;

indicare il codice del pezzo richiesto (vedere nelle tabelle le colonne
·
"CODICE").
indicare la quantità richiesta.La richiesta deve essere fatta al rivenditore
·
autorizzato indicato nel frontespizio.
APPENDIX A
INFORMATIONS
SCRAPPING THE MACHINE WHEN SCRAPPING THE MACHINE OBSERVE
ALL PRECAUTIONS ILLUSTRATED IN CHAPTER 3, ADOPTED ALSO
DU-RINGMACHINE ASSEMBLY.
The machine can only be scrapped by authorised technicians, as in the case
of assembly.
Metal parts of the lift can be disposed of as scrap ferrous material.
In all cases when the machine is scrapped all materials must be disposed of
in conformity with the laws in force in the country of installation of the
machine.Note also, that for tax purposes the effective scrapping of the
machine must be documented with reports and forms in compliance with the
laws in force in the country of installation.
FIRE PROTECTION
This machine is not a fire risk. In any case, the room where the car lift is
installed must meet the requirements of the fire prevention rules
effective in the country in which the machine is installed. On the
contrary, the lifted vehicle can be dangerous fire risk (possible fuel
spilllage when handling the motor or fuel vapours, or sparks from the
battery or other). Always keep on or more portable fire estinguishers
within arm's reach (in the operator area) so that any possible danger
can be immediately averted.
ACCIDENT PREVENTION
When loading/unloading, moving, installing, assembling or demolishing
the machine, any precaution specified by the accident prevention rules
(safety helmet, gloves and shoes) effective in the country where the
machine is installed must be followed. Furthermore, all those safety
rules when using lift trucks, scaffolding, etc. must be also complied with.
APPENDIX B
SPARE PARTS
SPARE PARTS
Parts substitution and repairs need the observance of all the
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS shown in the chapter 6 "MAINTENACE"
and in the chapter 3 "SAFETY".
Use all the measures in order to

ORDERING PROCEDURE FOR SPARE PARTS
When ordering spare parts the following must be clearly specified:

quantity needed
·
Request must be directly adressed to the manufacturer.
