CAPITOLO 5 FUNZIONAMENTO E USO
In Fig.40 sono indicati i comandi del sollevatore (dispositivi
di controllo)
COMANDI
INTERRUTTORE PRINCIPALE (IG)
POSIZIONE 0:
Il sollevatore non riceve alimentazione. È possibile accedere all'in-
terno del quadro e chiudere l'interruttore per impedire l'uso del sol-
levatore.
POSIZIONE 1:
Questa posizione dà corrente al sollevatore e chiude la portella del
quadro in modo da prevenirne l'apertura accidentale.
PULSANTE DI SOLLEVAMENTO
Di tipo "uomo presente", opera a 24V e se viene premuto, attiva il
motore elettrico e i meccanismi che sollevano il carrello.
PULSANTE DI DISCESA
Di tipo "uomo presente", opera a 24V e se viene premuto, attiva gli
elettromagneti dei cunei di sicurezza e la valvola di scarico dell'unità
di potenza.
PULSANTE DI BLOCCO
Di tipo "uomo presente", opera a 24V e se viene premuto, attiva l'e-
lettrovalvola di scarico nell'unità di potenza idraulica e disattiva gli
elettromagneti, mettendo il carico in posizione di stazionamento sui
cunei di sicurezza.
SEQUENZA DI FUNZIONAMENTO
Posizionare i bracci di sollevamento nei punti di tenuta prescritti per il vei-
colo, aggiustando i piattelli alla stessa altezza.
Ogni volta che i carrelli vengono portati fino a terra, verificare la posizione
dei piattelli sotto il telaio del veicolo prima di sollevare di nuovo i carrelli.
SOLLEVAMENTO
Girare l'interruttore principale (IG) nella posizione 1 e premere il pulsante di sol-
levamento fino a raggiungere l'altezza richiesta. Quando i carrelli vengono sol-
levati i cunei di sicurezza si inseriscono automaticamente in ogni supporto di
ferro sotto il carrello. Per quanto riguarda limiti di sollevamento e dispositivi di
sicurezza, leggere le pagine 17 e 18 "RISCHI MENTRE IL VEICOLO VIENE
SOLLEVATO".
POSIZIONAMENTO
Quando viene raggiunta l'altezza richiesta, premere il pulsante di blocco. Il mo-
vimento viene fermato automaticamente quando il cuneo di sicurezza si ferma
sul livello del primo incavo con cui viene in contatto mentre i carrelli stanno
scendendo.
DISCESA
Prima di far scendere i carrelli, i cunei di sicurezza devono essere tolti. Pre-
mendo il pulsante di discesa il carrello viene sollevato di circa 3cm, poi vengo-
no automaticamente rilasciati i cunei di sicurezza e viene attivata l'elettrovalvola
di discesa. La velocità di discesa viene regolata dalla "valvola di regolazione
del flusso" nella pompa. La discesa si ferma quando i cilindri idraulici sono
completamente scarichi. Quando i carrelli sono scesi completamente, il dispo-
sitivo automatico di blocco bracci si apre e permette ai carrelli di ruotare.
CHAPTER 5 OPERATIONS AND USE

COMMANDS
MAIN SWITCH (IG)
POSITION 0:
The lift is not energized. It is possible to access the interior of the
box and lock the switch to prevent use of the lift.
POSITION 1:
This energizes the lift and lock the door of the box to prevent it
from being opened accidentally.
UP BUSH BUTTON
"Man present" type, it operates under 24V and if pressed, activa-
tes the electric motor and mechanisms that lift the carriage.
DOWN BUSH BUTTON
"Man present" type, it operates under 24V and if pressed, activates
the safety wedge electromagnets and the power unit exhaust valve.
LOCK BUSH BUTTON
"Man present" type, it operates under 24V and if pressed, activates
the oil discharge electro-valve in the hydraulic power unit and it deac-
tivates the electromagnets, placing the load in the parking position on
the safety wedges.
OPERATING SEQUENCE
Position the lift arms in the hold points prescribed for the vehicle, adjusting
the disks to the same height.
Each time the carriages are brought down to the ground, check the posi-
tion of the disks under the chassis of the vehicle before raising the carria -
ges again.
LIFTING
Turn the main switch (IG) to the position 1 and press the up push button
until reaching the required height. As the carriages are raised the safety
wedges are inserted automatically into each the iron pad under the carria-
ge. Regarding lift limits and safety devices, see pages 17,18 "RISKS
WHILE THE VEHICLE IS BEING RAISED".
PARKING
Once the required height has been reached, press the lock push button.
The movement is stopped automatically when the safety wedge rests on
the level of the first slot that they come in contact with while the carriages
are coming down.
LOWERING
Before lowering the carriages, the safety wedges must be disconnected.
Press the down push button that the carriage will be lift about 3-cm, then
automatically releases the safety wedges and activates the down elec-
tro-valve. Lowering speed is regulated by the "flow regulating valve" in the
pump.Lowering stops when the hydraulic cylinders are completely unloa-
ded. When the carriages are totally lowered, the automatic arm-blocking
device opens and lets the carriages rotate.
