e) Switching off the quadrocopter and transmitter

Always proceed as follows:
• Land the quadrocopter on a suitable surface.
• Now move the joystick for the pitch and yaw function (see Figure 9, no. 5) to the lowest position (motor off position).
The propellers should stop.
• Use the on/off switch to switch off the quadrocopter. To do this, slide the switch from the "ON" position to the "OFF"
position.
• Now switch off the transmitter by pressing and holding down the on/off switch (see Figure 9, no. 7) for approx.
1 second until the transmitter emits two short beeps. The LED indicator light on the transmitter (see also Figure 9,
no. 3) will go out.
The transmitter has an automatic power-off, which switches the transmitter into idle mode after approx.
2 minutes to save the batteries.
If the LED indicator starts flashing during operation, replace the batteries with fresh ones.
In this case, stop flying the quadrocopter immediately and insert a set of new batteries into the transmitter.
