5.2 CONTROL PANEL

STOP
Whatever working cycle is in progress, it stops the machine and
cancels any function in progress.
MIX
Press the MIX pushbutton to start up the beater motor; this function
enables the control device "Safety timer".
PRODUCTION
Press the PRODUCTION pushbutton to start up the ice-cream
working cycle: the PRODUCTION pushbutton LED lights up, the
beater motor starts up and after a few seconds, the compressor
motor, the motor fan and the electronic module for consistency
control, which allows reaching the ideal ice-cream consistency, start
up too.
When this function is enabled, the following safety devices are all
active: door safety catch, safety timer and the acoustic signal to
signalise that all functions have been stopped in case of overload.
CONSERVATION
Press the CONSERVATION pushbutton to enter the programme for
the automatic maintenance of the correct temperatures:
- Preservation of the batch inside the tank: The temperature probe
carries out the control. If it detects a temperature higher than the set-
up one, it automatically enables the compressor motor until the
correct value is restored.
- Conservation of ice-cream in the cylinders: At regular intervals of
120 minutes, the machine automatically starts the beater motor and
the compressor in order to restore the ideal consistency and
temperature values.
START
With the machine in PRODUCTION mode, press the START
pushbutton to enable the ice-cream distribution.
With the machine in CONSERVATION mode, the START pushbutton
is disabled.
