Replacement of ceramics cylinder unit with piston

Procedure as described at

1 Ceramics cylinder unit
2 O-Ring, Ø 22 x 2 (FPM)
3 O-Ring, Ø 22 x 2 (EPDM)
4 Spring
5 O-Ring, Ø 14 x 2,5
1. Unscrew valve nipple (pos. 6).
2. Remove washer (pos. 7), valve ball (pos. 8) and spring (pos. 4).
3. Unscrew ceramics cylinder unit (pos. 1) in direction of diaphragm seat.
4. Insert new unit. Replace O-rings (pos. 2, 3, 5, 9) .
5. Re-install valve nipple (pos. 6), balls (pos. 8) etcetera.
WARNING!
The ceramic cylinder may only be exchanged in connection with the ceramic
piston.
