Trouble shooting

Fault description
metering pump does not work, no
display indicator
pump has no suction despite venting
and max. strokes
metering head is leaky, medium
escapes from the diaphragm breakage
outlet
low-level indicator appears on the
display despite a full container
Cause
mains power cable
damaged
incorrect voltage
deposits, adhesions or
drying-out of the valves
metering head is loose
diaphragm is torn
float of the suction pipe is
jammed
suction pipe plug or
strapping plug is loose or
not plugged in
suction pipe cable is
faulty

Operating faults
Remedy
change mains power cable
check mains voltage
rinse the metering head
through the suction line, if
necessary remove and clean
or replace the valves
screw in the metering head
fastening screw diagonally
replace the diaphragm
unjam the float
tighten the plug, clean the
contacts, check whether the
strapping plug is plugged in
replace the empty report
