13. Warranty

In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, we grant a warranty period of
1 year on the SIMPLY LIGHT products we supply� Within the warranty period,
defective or faulty parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge� This war-
ranty does not, however, cover modifications made during the course of product
development�
We accept no liability for damage caused to our products in conjunction with
products of any kind manufactured by other companies unless these have been
expressly approved by us� Under certain circumstances, such combinations can
represent a considerable danger�
Faults owing to natural wear or excessive straining as well as damage caused
by excessive force and improper use are also excluded from this warranty� The
warranty expires if parts other than genuine interco replacement parts have
been used to carry out repairs�
Certain bolts, nuts and spokes may become loose as a result of constant use�
Please tighten these periodically, or ask your specialist dealer to do so for you�
