Intended use / Field of application

When supplying children with seat units and modular seating systems, undercar-
riages for indoor and/or outdoor use are compulsory� They increase the mobility
and make the transport of the insured person possible� Therefore, the purpose
of all undercarriages – in particular SIMPLY LIGHT – always is the reception of
a seat unit�

Features and options

SIMPLY LIGHT's basic features are:
Trapezoidal seat unit adaptor for interco seat shells, adjustable in depth

Seat inclination via gas spring 300 N

Continuous back reclining angle adjustment up to 30°

Notched back reclining angle adjustment up to 30°

Handle adjustable in height and angle

Drive wheels optionally 12˝, 16˝, 22˝ or 24˝ with quick release axle and

drum brake
Integrated wheelbase extension

Anti-tip swivel wheels

Parking brake handles

The trapezoidal adaptor plate is standardly mounted to all interco undercarriages�
Therefore, it is possible to attach an interco seat unit featuring a trapezoidal
adaptor to various interco undercarriages� The installed trapezoidal adaptor
plate basically consists of three functional components:
1� S upporting plate with guide bushings to
receive the adaptor�
2� L ocking pin for securing the seat unit
against sliding out during assembly�
3� T wo wing screws (one on the right and
one on the left – Photo 1) for the assem-
bly and attachment of the footrests (see
s ection 6�2)
Note: Please make sure that the individual adjustment of the adaptor system
has been carried out correctly� You can do so by checking that the adaptor rests
flat on the front edge of the adaptor plate and the locking pin is fully engaged�
