Operation and Assembly

6.1 Attachment of the seat unit
The seat unit is fixed in the trapazoid adapter
plate (Photo 4) with the help of the trapazoid
adapter� Carry out the following steps and
check the safe halt of the seat unit after-
wards�
Unlock the seat shell fixation by pulling the
locking pin and turning it 90° (Photo 5)�
Position the seat unit with the rear part of the
trapezoidal adaptor on the trapezoidal plate
(Photo 6) and push the seat unit (and thereby
the trapezoidal adaptor) backwards into the
trapezoid plate until the locking pin engages
audibly (Photo 7)� Lock the seat shell fixation
again by turning the locking pin once more
by 90° (Photo 5)� At last, check that the seat
shell and the lock are firmly fixed (Photo 8)�
When attaching the seat shell with a locking
pin, first check whether the pin is locked�
Check whether the release button is locked
in� If yes, the locking pin should reach out on
top of the adaptor plate� If not, turn the lock-
ing pin until it locks� Position the seat unit
with the rear part of the trapezoidal adap-
tor on the trapezoidal plate� Push the seat
unit (and thereby the trapezoidal adaptor)
backwards into the trapezoid plate until the
locking pin engages audibly
Important: Check that the seat shell and the
lock are firmly fixed by pulling the seat while pushing the undercarriage� The seat
shell should not slide out�
Removal of the seat unit
Pull the locking pin downward and turn by 90° (Photo 9)� Open the seat shell
