g) Placer la carosserie
• Guidez le petit tube de l'antenne de la face inférieure de la carrosserie à travers l'ouverture prévue
pour.
• Placez la carosserie sur les supports et fixez-la au moyen de quatre clips de retenue (un clip par
support).
Votre voiture est maintenant prête pour le premier tour d'essai.
h) Piloter la voiture
Activez le levier pour la fonction de conduite avec beaucoup de précaution et ne conduisez
pas, au début, trop vite, jusqu'à ce que vous vous familiarisiez avec les réactions de la
voiture à la commande.
Ne pilotez pas les leviers de commande ou le volant avec des mouvements rapides saccadés.
Dû à la traction intégrale et au faible poids, la voiture accélère très rapidement.
Par un passage direct marche avant à marche arrière, le modèle est d'abord freiné, avant que le
régulateur de vitesse ne puisse passer à la conduite en marche arrière.
La déccélération de freinage peut être adaptée, si nécessaire, aux conditions de chaussée
correspondantes, au moyen de la fonction ABS de l'émetteur (avec le N° de commande 231591).
i) Arrêter la course
Pour arrêter la course, procédez de la manière suivante:
• Laissez la voiture rouler par inertie.
• Une fois la voiture arrêtée, enlevez la carrosserie et placez l'interrupteur Marche/Arrêt sur la voiture
en position « OFF » (=Arrêt).
Ne touchez pas les roues ou l'entraînement, ne bougez, dans aucun cas, le levier pour la
fonction de conduite sur la télécommande! Ne touchez jamais le régulateur de vitesse, le
moteur ou l'accu, ceux-ci sont très chauds après la mise en service.
• Déconnectez l'accu dentraînement du régulateur de conduite. Détachez complètement le connecteur.
• Vous pouvez maintenant éteindre l'émetteur.

8. Remote control
a) Installing the remote control (with item no. 231593)
Please make sure not to use too large a cruise control or receiver as otherwise there wont be enough
space for installing the car body.
The cruise control must deliver a continuous current of min. 20A.
The steering servo must not be too big (e.g. Micro-Servo). You might have to remove one of the lateral
screw fastenings of the servo, otherwise it will touch the axle drive shaft (cardan shaft).
Always use a Servo-Saver in order to protect the servo from strong stress.
Assemble servo, cruise control, receiver and on-off switch in a way that prevents them from touching
rotating or moving parts (drive, suspension). Fix them using a double-sided tape or a Velcro.
Secure them using cable fasteners to prevent them from getting into the drive.
Before the final fixing and fastening of the car, make sure that the car body can be placed
correctly.
b) Getting started with the remote control
An appropriate remote control is contained in the delivery of item no. 231591. Before using your model,
you must familiarize yourself with the scope of the computer-remote control. Knowing the various ca-
pability characteristics of your remote control allows you to adjust the transmitter to your car model in
the best possible way.
Please consult the user's manual of the remote control for necessary information.
