11. Changement du quartz
Afin d'éviter une affectation double des canaux, il se pourrait que vous ayiez à changer le quartz dans
votre télécommande. : Pour des raisons de sécurité de fonctionnement, vous ne devriez utiliser, pour le
fonctionnement de votre télécommande, que des quartz explicitement recommandés par le fournisseur.
• Arrêtez la mise en service de la voiture (placez le commutateur sur la position "OFF" (=Arrêt), éteindre
l'émetteur)
• Retirez (émetteur éteint!) le quartz de l'émetteur, retirez le support en matière plastique.
• Remplacez le quartz par un neuf de la même bande de fréquence.
Veillez à placer le bon quartz dans le support. Les quartz d'émetteurs sont en règle générale
marqués des lettres T ou TX (T = transmitter ou émetteur).
• Replacez le support avec le quartz dans l'émetteur (l'orientation est sans importance).
• Retirez le quartz du récepteur en le prenant par le tube en plastique.
Le quartz de rechange pour le récepteur doit être marqué du même nombre de canaux que
le quartz de l'émetteur. De plus, il est marqué des lettres R ou RX (R= Receiver ou récepteur).
• Placez le quartz avec la bande de fréquence appropriée à l'émetteur dans le récepteur.
• Allumez maintenant l'émetteur et ensuite le récepteur et contrôlez le fonctionnement de l'installation
radiopilotée.

b) Operation

• When using the product, make sure that there are no other models operated within the range and
on the same frequency as the remote control. The control over remote controlled vehicles will get
lost! Always use different frequencies.
• Before operation, check the setting of the trim regulator for forward/reverse drive and the steering,
and, if necessary, carry out the required adjustments.
When checking the car, make sure that the wheels of the vehicle are off the ground; hold the vehicle
in a way allowing the wheels to turn freely (don't put your hands in the drive!).
After that, adjust the steering so that the motor no longer turns when you let go of the lever for
forward/reverse drive or until the steering assembly is straight (the precise settings for driving straight
can be carried out later on whilst driving).
• When putting the device into operation always turn on the transmitter first. Only then can the drive
battery of the vehicle be connected with the cruise control/receiver and the model be switched on.
Otherwise, unexpected responses of the cruise control/receiver and hence, the electric model may
occur! Pull out the telescopic antenna of the sender completely.
• Improper operation can cause serious damages to people and property! Only drive as long as you
have visible contact to the model. This is why you shouldn't drive at night.
Only drive when your ability to react is unrestrained. Tiredness, or the influence of alcohol or drugs
can cause incorrect responses; exactly as with real vehicles.
Please note that this model vehicle must not be driven on public roads or streets. Only operate it on
private sites or places which are specifically designated for this purpose.
Don't drive towards animals or people!
Don't drive in the rain, through wet grass, water, mud or snow. The model is not waterproof or
watertight. It must not get damp or wet.
Also avoid driving at very low outdoor temperatures. In the case of coldness, the plastic of the car
body can loose its elasticity; this is when even small accidents can lead to damages to the model.
Do not drive in the case of thunderstorm, under high-voltage power lines or in the proximity of radio
masts.
Do not take any risks when operating the product. Your own security and that of your environment
depends upon your being responsible when dealing with the model.
• Always leave the remote control (transmitter) turned on, as long as the model is in operation. To
stop the vehicle, always turn the vehicle off first and then separate the drive battery from the cruise
control/receiver, only after that can the remote control be turned off.
• Before operating the model, check whether the stationary model reacts as expected to the remote
control commands.
