First switch on the transmitter. Then switch on the model. The rudder trim lever (see fig. 2, pos. 9) must be in centre position.
If the rudder flap (1) slightly points to the left or right, you can accurately
set the required length of the rudder linkage by turning the clevis (2),
thus exactly adjusting the rudder flap.
If you move the left control stick on the transmitter (see fig. 2, pos. 10) to the left, the rudder flap (1) must deflect approx. 2.5 cm to the left. If you move the left
control stick on the transmitter (see fig. 2, pos. 10) to the right, the rudder flap (1) must deflect approx. 2.5 cm to the right.
You can directly influence rudder deflection depending on what hole in the rudder horn the clevis is connected to. If the clevis is inserted closer to the pivotal point
of the rudder, rudder deflection is increased. If the clevis is inserted further to the outside, rudder deflection is decreased.
