2 Menu functions
Operation:
via the keyboard and the integrated display on the Dräger X-am 7000.
» « button:
- Use this key to move upwards through the menus.
- Pressed for more than four seconds in measuring mode: Activates
Info mode.

- Pressed briefly: opens the Quick Menu.
- Pressed for more than four seconds: opens the Main Menu.
- Use this key to move downwards through the menus.

OK
- For confirming entered values and for selecting menus and functions.

Menu structure

In addition to the normal measuring mode, further operator functions
are provided in menu mode. This is sub-divided into several levels,
namely:
» Quick menu «, » Info «, » Calibration « and » Settings «.
2.1.1 » Quick menu «
This menu can be accessed freely by briefly pressing the »
It contains a list of functions which the user can set up to meet his
individual requirements, see page 50.
2.1.2 » Info « menu
This menu can be accessed with any of the passwords » Info «,
» Calibration « and » Settings «. It contains various information about
the instrument, the sensors and the exposure values.

2.1.3 » Calibration « menu
This menu can be accessed with any of the passwords » Calibration «
and » Settings « and permits the calibration of the sensors.
Access to this menu should be granted only to persons from the
maintenance department.
2.1.4 » Settings « menu
This menu can be accessed only with the password » Settings « and
permits setting of individual instrument and sensor parameters.
It should be accessible to authorised persons from the measuring and
regulation department or the work safety department.

can be changed, page 62 to page 63.
